Bank of America Corp. was the only one of 12 banks in a recent J.D. Power survey with a below-average rating in retail customer satisfaction in New England.

In terms of the study, the rating is a setback for BofA (NYSE: BAC) in the region. For each of the previous four years, the Charlotte-based banking behemoth had rated “about average” in New England.
