On May 7, 2019 the Tewksbury Police Department arrested the following individuals:

Anibal Garcia-Feliz, 23, of 2 Inman St. Apt. #29, Lawrence for distribution of a class a substance (fentanyl) 2 counts, possession to distribute a class a substance (fentanyl), conspiracy to violate drug law, and an outstanding warrant for operating with a suspended driver’s license.

Isabelle Duran, 20, of 102 Wesley St., Methuen for distribution of a class a substance (fentanyl), possession to distribute a class a substance (fentanyl), and conspiracy to violate drug law, to wit trafficking a class a substance (fentanyl).

Victor Ramos, 22, of 245 Andover St., Lawrence for distribution of a class a substance (fentanyl), possession to distribute a class a substance (fentanyl), and conspiracy to violate drug law, to wit trafficking a class a substance (fentanyl).

Detectives conducted an investigation into Garcia-feliz, Duran, and Ramos for drug distribution. Over the course of this investigation a series of drug transactions occurred resulting in the recovery of 14 grams of fentanyl. A meeting was then arranged in the area of Shawsheen St. and Memorial Dr., where a motor vehicle stop was conducted, at which time the listed subjects were placed into custody without incident.

The aforementioned individuals were to be arraigned at Lowell District Court on May 8, 2019.
