General Electric Co. Chief Financial Officer Jamie Miller is leaving the Boston-based company, though she will stay on temporarily while it searches for her successor.

GE (NYSE: GE) announced Tuesday morning that Miller was transitioning out of the role. The company gave no reason for her impending departure.
