Former Procter & Gamble Co. executive Clark Reinhard has been hired as chief marketing officer of the WellPet natural pet food company.
Reinhard, who rose to be P&G’s marketing director for global new business creation during nearly 19 years with the Cincinnati-based maker of consumer goods such as Crest toothpaste (NYSE: PG), will be responsible for accelerating global growth of WellPet brands with a focus on new and emerging categories such as dental health and raw-infused nutrition.
