South Boston
Also in Southie is the gut-renovated 6 Dixfield Street, which is asking $899,900. It’s a 2,001-square-foot single-family with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. There’s a finished basement too.
Allston
Unit 30 at 30 Holton Street is a townhouse-like condo running to 1,803 square feet and containing three bathrooms as well as five bedrooms. There’s central air, too, and in-unit laundry.
